Lecture to combine French geography and genealogy

On Wednesday, March 26, at 7:30 p.m., a genealogical society west of Montreal, la Société de généalogie Vaudreuil-Cavagnal, will present the first of a two-part lecture-workshop about the geography in France yesterday and today and French family history research. Entitled, La géographie de la France d’hier et d’aujourd’hui et les recherches généalogiques en France, the lecture will be jointly presented by genealogists Josée Tétreault et Pierrette Brière.

The lecture will take place in the Salle Félix-Leclerc in the Vaudreuil-Dorion Library, 51 rue Jeannotte. Free admission. Part two of the lecture will take place April 23.
