Share your family’s WWI stories with the Globe and Mail

WWI poster02_McGilll UniversityTo reflect on the 100th anniversary of the First World War, Canada’s national newspaper, the Globe and Mail, has put out another call for people who want to share their stories, letters, photos, and other mementos of the war.

Whether your family member lived in Canada or elsewhere, whether they fought on the front lines or supported the war effort at home, the Globe and Mail wants to hear the stories. Or if you have stories about what it was like to live in Canada in the summer of 1914, send them along.

Use the online form to submit your stories, photos or mementos or, if you prefer, send them an email at community@globeandmail.com.
