Good news for those of us who cannot get enough of the Who Do You Think You Are? series, no matter what the language. Filming of the second season of Radio-Canada’s Qui êtes-vous? has begun, and this fall we will be able to watch Mariloup Wolfe, Antoine Bertrand, René Simard, and Claude Legault discover their ancestry.
Episodes from the first season of Qui êtes-vous? are available on Radio-Canada’s website. If your French is a bit rusty, I suggest starting with the episode with Marina Orsini. Several of the conversations are recorded in English. Episodes with Pénélope McQuade and Normand Braithwaite also contain a fair amount of English. I suspect that access to Radio-Canada’s website may only be available in Canada.
